IEB&B is a values-led scholarship and leadership-development initiative for high-potential young people from the Ikole community. It brings learning, mentorship, character and service together around the scholar.

Why IEB&B exists
Ability grows when it is met with encouragement, opportunity and dependable support. IEB&B is designed to help young people strengthen their academic and life skills, discover purpose and use their gifts responsibly.
The ambition reaches beyond examination results: young people who can think clearly, act with integrity and contribute to the communities around them.

The programme is designed to complement school and family life. Participation and any scholarship support are subject to agreed programme arrangements; no award or outcome is guaranteed by this page.
A shared responsibility
Scholars are at the centre. Parents and guardians provide encouragement and informed participation; schools and teachers bring educational context; mentors offer perspective; and the programme team coordinates support and accountability. Partners can contribute relevant expertise and opportunities through agreed arrangements.
Each contribution has a clear purpose. Mentorship complements the work of families and educators and does not replace qualified professional support.
Dignity, safety and trust
The programme’s guiding commitments put the welfare and voice of young people first. Programme participation requires appropriate arrangements for consent, supervision and accountability.
- Parent or guardian consent and age-appropriate scholar involvement.
- Authorised, supervised engagement and clear adult–minor boundaries.
- Respectful conduct, fair treatment and responsible use of influence.
- Careful handling of personal information, with access limited to legitimate programme needs.
- Separate, optional media consent before authorised publication of a scholar’s identity, image, story or results.
The general Fourth Man Factor Community is separate from IEB&B. Joining it does not enrol a scholar, authorise mentor contact or provide access to programme activities.
Participant information and approved reporting contacts are to be provided through programme onboarding. This website is not a channel for confidential case reports or scholar records.
The 2026 pilot
Pilot development and mobilisation are underway. The initial phase is intended to learn from a focused scholar experience and refine how schools, families and mentors support young people.
Public updates will focus on approved milestones and learning, with care for participants’ privacy. Participation arrangements will be communicated through authorised programme channels.
Contribute to the journey
We welcome conversations with schools, families, prospective mentors and organisations whose contribution aligns with the programme’s purpose and responsibilities.
